I studied at Emily Carr College of Art and Design and have worked for
over 35 years in the field of illustration, museum exhibit design, book
design, graphic design, and architectural design and visualization.
I paint plein air to study light and atmosphere and to better understand the natural world so that studio paintings based on outdoor
work are better informed. I also paint still life in the controlled
lighting of the studio when the west coast weather does not cooperate!
I currently have a residence and studio in Victoria, B.C.
